	A ROBUST FLOOR STAND The stand features holders for Bending Pins and Solid Bar Dies-keeping it right where you need it. CONVENIENT STORAGE FOR THE BENDING HANDLE WHEN NOT IN USE Storing it vertically saves space and keeps it out from under your feet.
	A SET OF BENDING DIES FOR SOLID BAR Dies with bend diameters of 35, 40, 50 and 65mm – other diameters available on request. It will bend flat square and round bar to the maximum, specs of the Bender.
	A FLAT BAR BENDING BLADE This blade makes a sharp bend in flatbar up to 5 mm thick.
	PRECISION DEGREE RING WITH ADJUSTABLE STOPPER Bending needs to be accurate. The MB50R can bend from 1 to 180 degrees. The precision degree ring and robust stopper makes it easy to bend to exact angles, and keep repeating it with accuracy. You simply position the stopper at the angle of bend you require, then bend until the angle of bend indicator touch the stopper. This gives you a positive indication that the required angle has been reached.
	OPTION FOR MULTIPLE ANGLE STOPPERS For a production environment, multiple angle stoppers can be fitted to the degree ring- this makes it easy to quickly convert to another angle without setting up the machine again. The unique design of the stopper allows it to be removed from its base, so that the angle of bend indicator can swing past unhindered to reach another stopper at a different angle. Example A workpiece in 50 mm Tube require both 90° & 45° bends. One stopper is then set up at the 90° position the other at the 45° position. If the 90° bend is 1st to be made simply remove the 45° stopper pin from its base, so that the bend indicator can swing to the 90° mark unhindered. When it’s time to make the 45° bend no need to remove and remeasure to get the right angle, simply screw the stopper pin into the other stopper base preinstalled at the 45° position. This unique feature of the Strongman Tube Bender will save you a lot of time. It makes it easy to have unskilled staff operate the bender for production runs.

ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE FOR YOUR BENDER

	INDESTRUCTABLE TUBE DIE SETS- with a lifetime warrantee. Die sets are machined from solid steel billets. Which makes them virtually indestructible- we are confident about that -that’s why they carry a lifetime guarantee. If you manage to wear it out - we replace it for free. Standard dies sets are available for all tube sizes between 12 and 50 mm. Custom sets for specific materials and to your required radius can be made.
	BEND TABLE Like an extra pair of hands- the bend table ensures that the material is supported in a level plane with the bend. Ideally suited for material to 32mm tube and 2 m long. For longer lengths, the Bender Trolley is recommended.
	The Bend Table features a height adjustable Support Roller. This allows material of different sizes to be supported on the same plane as the bending die- this is important as you want all bends to be on the same horizontal plane.
	Another handy feature of the Bend Table is the Material Stopper. When making repeat bends the stopper is set in such a position so that all bends are made at the same position , a specific distance from the position of the stopper.
	CLEVER BENDING TROLLEY The trolley supports the material that you are bending in the same plane as the bending die. When bending long heavy sections the bending trolley is indispensable. It has a firm grip jaw that is height adjustable for different materials. When bending 38 to 50 mm tube the tube is pulled closer to the bender as the bend is formed. The trolley is equipped with castors, making it glide over the floor following the path of the tube as it is bent. It supports the tube as it moves to or from the bender. The trolley is weighed down with ballast weights (included) to give it more stability. When bending sections longer than 4 metres we suggest the use of 2 trolleys – one on each side of the bender to ensure the material stays level with the plane of bend.
	DIGITAL ANGLE FINDER An indispensable tool if you are making 3D bends. (Bending in more than one plane)
	SCROLLING ATTACHMENTS Fancy scroll work gives a classic look to any project. A full range of scrolling attachments are available. These fit right on the bender, allowing you to scroll from 3mm flat bar right up to 20 mm square or round tube.
	COILER ATTACHMENT The Coiler attachment makes small diameter (25 - 100mm) circles in up to 10 mm bar. Works with the standard solid bar dies included with the bender- or alternatively custom diameter dies can be supplied to suit your application.

BEFORE BUYING A BENDER.

1. How robust is the machine?

Was it designed for only occasional use, or can it withstand daily use in a production environment? Strongman Multi Benders have a proven 12 year record of working in production environments.

2. Can it bend thin wall tube- 1.6 to 3mm?

Some types of benders were designed to bend only wall thicknesses of 3 mm and more and will collapse thinner tube. Strongman’s Multi Bender gives a smooth wrinkle free bend even in 1.6 mm tube.

3. Can the bending angle be measured and preset?

The bender must have a device to enable you to measure the angle of bend you are making.

4. Can the bender repeat a bend to a specific angle with accuracy?

The bender’s ability to accurate repeat bends to a specific angle is of paramount importance. Our Precision Degree Ring with adjustable stoppers gives you the ability to preset and repeatedly bend angles to a 1° precision.

5. Are spares available?

Sometimes things go missing or wear out- a machine is an investment and you would like to know that you can replace any part of your machine.

We guarantee that parts for any Strongman machine, no matter how long ago it was purchased, is always available. Even if it is a part for a machine we no longer produce, we will manufacture the part especially for you.

6. Is technical support available?

Does the vendor you buy from understand metalwork and bending or are they just resellers of an imported product?

Ek het my bender gemonteer en moet sê ek is baie tevrede met die resultate. Die pyp is nie vervorm op buig nie en dit lyk beter en is ook beter in my toepassing aangesien dit reëlings is om werkers te beskerm. Die besparing is groot in tyd en geld aangesien ek onmiddelik self die pyp kan buig en ek ook dun wand pyp kan buig. Nie soos met die hidroliese masjien wat slegs dik wand pyp kan buig nie. Groot besparing op koste van pyp en gewig van rakke. Nogmaals dankie, Koos
